* Hochschullehrer*in des Semesters

Liebe Kommilton*innen, wie jedes Jahr führt der FSR eine Umfrage zum/zur Hochschullehrer*in des Semesters durch. Wir (und sicherlich auch eure Professor*innen) würden uns sehr freuen, wenn ihr die Umfrage bis zum 29. Februar ausfüllt.

* Lerntage für Lehramtsstudierende

Moin Lehramtsstudis,

wir, der FSR, veranstalten am 26. & 27.01. Lerntage für die Klausurvorbereitung in den Modulen "Mathe1", "Mathe3", "EmDA" und "Grundkonzepte der Geometrie". Dafür haben wir Räume für die jeweiligen Module gebucht, in welchen ihr Euch mit Eurer Lerngruppe gerne treffen könnt. Zusätzlich werden Tutor:innen sowie Studierende aus höheren Semstern vor Ort sein, welche Euch bei Fragen helfen können.

Los geht's am 

     Freitag, den 26.01. um 14 Uhr in der Sedanstraße 19 
     in den Räumen 203, 208, 215 (ab 16 Uhr auch 205, 217 und 221).

Am 

     Samstag, den 27.01. sind wir ab 8 Uhr im Geomatikum 
     in den Räumen 241, 242, 428, 433, 434, 531, 740, 1240 und 1438.

Wir sind jeweils bis 20 Uhr dort. Die Räume werden nach Modul aufgeteilt, schaut für einen Plan in den Moodle-Kurs (s.u.).

Damit wir einen Überblick haben, wie viele von Euch kommen, füllt doch bitte die unverbindliche Umfrage aus.

Außerdem gibt es für dieses Event bereits einen Moodle Kurs, in welchen ihr euch über den Link einschreiben könnt. Die jeweiligen Einschreibeschlüssel (für jedes Modul individuell) werden Euch über die Moodle Kurse der Module mitgeteilt.

Bei Fragen wendet Euch gerne an uns, z.B. im oben genannten Moodle Kurs unter "Organisatorische Fragen" oder per E-Mail direkt an uns.

Wahlurnen für die Stupa-Wahl im Geomatikum

Vom 22.-26.01 findet die Urnenwahl zum Studierendenparlament (Stupa) statt! Wählen ist immer wichtig, aber jetzt ist es auch noch richtig einfach!

Täglich von 9:30-18 Uhr im Foyer des Geomatikums

ist eine Urne geöffnet, an der ihr wählen könnt.

Duell "Mathe vs. Physik"

Am 

     Mittwoch, dem 24. Januar ab 18 Uhr im Geomatikum H2,

könnt ihr zeigen, was ihr könnt und euch erneut gegen Physik Studierende messen. In den jeweiligen Herausforderungen könnt ihr wie in "Schlag den Raab" für die Mathematik gegen eine Person aus der Physik antreten. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Karaokeabend

Am 

     Dienstag, den 30. Januar ab 18 Uhr im H6,

veranstalten wir wieder einen Karaokeabend! Egal, ob Klassiker, geheime Lieblinge oder was auch immer, ihr seid herzlich eingeladen, mit uns zu singen.

Antrittsvorlesung Prof. Dr. Wollner

Herr Prof. Dr. Wollner wird am 

     Donnerstag, 1. Februar um 17:15 im H5

seine Antrittsvorlesung halten. Prof. Wollner ist Professor für Optimierung, wenn euch dieser Bereich der Mathematik interessiert, kommt gerne! Normalerweise ist zumindest der Einstieg des Vortrags für Studierende des dritten (Lehramt fünften) Bachelorsemesters verständlich und im Verlauf des Vortrags bekommt man einen Einblick in Themen der aktuellen Forschung. Bitte beachtet: eventuell ist der Vortrag auf Englisch.

Dear fellow students, as every year the student union is conducting a survey for the Lecturer of the Term. We (and your professors/lecturers) would really appreciate you completing the survey until February 29th.

* Study days for teaching students

Hello teaching students,

We, the FSR, are organizing study days on 26 & 27.01. for the exam preparation in the modules "Mathe1", "Mathe3", "EmDA" and "Grundkonzepte der Geometrie". We have booked rooms for the respective modules where you are welcome to learn by yourself or with your study group. In addition, tutors and students from higher semesters will be on site to help you with any questions you may have.

It starts on 

     Friday, 26.01. at 14:00 in Sedanstraße 19 
     in rooms 203, 208, 215 (from 16:00 also 205, 217 and 221).

On Saturday, 27.01. we will be 

     at the Geomatikum from 8 a.m. 
     in the rooms 241, 242, 428, 433, 434, 531, 740, 1240 und 1438.

We are there until 8 pm on both days. The rooms are divided up by courses, please refer to the Moodle course for an overview.

So that we have an overview of how many of you are coming, please fill out the non-binding survey.

In addition, there is already a Moodle course for this event, in which you can register. The respective enrollment keys (for each module individually) will be communicated to you via the Moodle courses of your courses.

Ballot box for the Stupa-election in the Geomatikum

The ballot for the student parliament (Stupa) will take place from 22.-26.01! Voting is always important, but now it's really easy!

A ballot box is open where you can vote

every day from 9.30 a.m. till 6 p.m. in the foyer of the Geomatikum.

Duell 'Maths vs Physics' (g)

On 

     Wednesday the 24th of January from 6 p.m. in the Geomatikum H2

you can compete against physics students. In the respective challenges you can compete against a physicist for the department of mathematics as in "Schlag den Raab". We look forward to you! The Event will be in German.

Karaoke night

On 

     Tuesday the 30th of January from 6 p.m. in the H6,

we are organizing a karaoke evening again! Whether classics, secret favorites or whatever, you are cordially invited to sing with us.

Inaugural lecture by Prof. Dr. Wollner

On 

     Thursday, February 1 at 17:15 in H5

Prof. Dr. Wollner will give his inaugural lecture. Prof. Wollner is Professor of Optimization, if you are interested in this area of mathematics, please come! Normally, at least the beginning of the lecture is understandable for students of the third bachelor semester and in the course of the lecture you will get an insight into topics of current research.
