wie jedes Jahr führt der FSR eine Umfrage zum/zur Hochschullehrer*in des Semesters durch. Wir (und sicherlich auch eure Professor*innen) würden uns sehr freuen, wenn ihr die Umfrage bis zum 30. September ausfüllt.

Duell "Mathe gegen Physik"

Am 

     Freitag, den 30. Juni ab 18 Uhr im H1

könnt ihr zeigen, was ihr könnt und euch gegen Physik-Studierende messen. In den jeweiligen Herausforderungen könnt ihr wie in "Schlag den Raab" für die Mathematik gegen eine Person aus der Physik antreten. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Filmabend

Euer FSR veranstaltet am 

     Dienstag, den 4. Juli ab 18:00 Uhr im H2

einen Filmabend. Anders als sonst haben wir unser geheimes Programm schon diktatorisch festgelegt. Nur so viel: Leute mit Arachnophobie sollten diesen actionreichen Animationsfilm vielleicht meiden...

Probevorlesungen zur Verleihung der Lehrbefugnis

Zur Verleihung der Lehrbefugnis als Privatdozent:in, auch Venia Legendi genannt, halten Bewerber:innen eine hochschulöffentliche Probevorlesung, die keine spezialisierten Vorkenntnisse voraussetzt.

Der künftige Privatdozent Herr Dr. Philipp M. Lücke wird am 

    Mittwoch, den 5.7. um 18 Uhr im H2

einen Vortrag zu dem Thema "Additive Abbildungen, die Baire-Eigenschaft und mengentheoretische Definierbarkeit" halten.

Auch Herr Dr. Alexander S. Lohse wird zur Akkreditierung als Privatdozent am 

    Donnerstag, den 6.7. um 14 Uhr im H6

eine Probevorlesung über "Phasenportraits zweidimensionaler Differentialgleichungen oder: wie man von A nach B kommt" halten.

Ihr seid herzlich dazu eingeladen.

* Sommerfest

Das alljährliche Sommerfest steht an. Hier die im letzten Newsletter versprochenen Informationen: Es findet am 

     07.07. ab 16 Uhr im Schanzenpark

statt und ihr seid alle herzlichst eingeladen vorbeizukommen! Für veganes Grillgut ist gesorgt, gerne könnt ihr uns hierfür einen kleinen Solidarbeitrag spenden. Ebenso gibt es Kaltgetränke zum üblichen Selbstkostenpreis. Wenn euch veganes Grillgut nicht zusagt, bringt gerne euer eigenes mit. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Komplett unzusammenhängend: Schnabeltiere sind nachtaktive Einzelgänger und haben mehrere Baue.

Dear fellow students,

as every year, the student union is conducting a survey for the Lecturer of the Term. We (and your professors/lecturers) would really appreciate you completing the survey until September 30st.

Duell "Maths vs Physics"

On 

     Friday, June 30th starting at 6 p.m. in lecture hall H1

you can compete against physics students. In the respective challenges you can compete against a physicist for the department of mathematics as in "Schlag den Raab". We look forward to you!

Movie night

The student council (FSR) will organize a movie night on 

     Tuesday, July 4th starting at  6 p.m. in lecture hall H2

Unlike usual, we have already dictatorially set our secret program. Only this much: people with arachnophobia should perhaps avoid this action-packed animated film...

Trial lectures for the award of the teaching license (g)

For the awarding of the teaching authorization as a private lecturer, also known as "venia legendi," applicants hold a public lecture at the university, which does not require specialized prior knowledge.

The soon-to-be private lecturer Dr. Philipp M. Lücke will give a lecture on "Additive mappings, the Baire property, and set-theoretic definability" on 

     Wednesday, July 5th at 6 p.m. in lecture hall H2.

Dr. Alexander S. Lohse, also as a soon-to-be private lecturer, will talk about "Phase portraits of two-dimensional differential equations or: how to get from A to B" on 

     Thursday, July 6th at 2 p.m. in lecture hall H6.

You are invited to attend.

* Summer party

The annual summer party is coming up. Here are the details promised in the last newsletter: It will take place on 

     July 7th, starting at 4 p.m. in the Schanzenpark.

You are all warmly invited to join us! Vegan barbecue will be provided, and you are welcome to donate a small solidarity contribution. There are also cold drinks at the usual cost price. If vegan barbecue food doesn't appeal to you, you are welcome to bring your own. We are looking forward to seeing you!
